I left my tickets at home/My tickets never arrived in the mail! What do I do?

Simply bring your order confirmation to The Ticket Center, located just inside in the main entrance of The Capitol Theatre, and we will reprint your tickets free of charge!

Do you allow cameras?

Camera policies are determined by the tour management, not The Capitol Theatre.

I cannot make the performance, do you allow refunds?

Unfortunately, there are no refunds. We do allow patrons to exchange their tickets to a future show, however, this must be done prior to the beginning of the performance. Exchange fees apply. (Fees waived for subscribers)

As a friendly reminder, to guarantee best seating and pricing, always purchase directly from The Whiting via the Whiting App, TheWhiting.com or CapitolTheatreFlint.com, or by calling The Ticket Center at (810) 237-7333. In most cases, ticket prices are greatly increased when purchasing from a reseller or third party, and seating cannot be confirmed.
