CAPITOL THEATRE ANNOUNCES APRIL MOVIE LINEUP

 

Flint, Mich. – The Capitol Theatre will continue its movie series in April with some prank-like comedies! Movie goers will also have a chance to win a limited-edition Capitol Theatre Marquee shirt when they purchase a ticket to an April movie using the code MARQUEE at online check-out, by phone or in person.

 

Under the guidelines for indoor performing arts venues, the Capitol Theatre will be at 20 percent capacity. There will be a maximum of 315 seats, although this may be less to accommodate for six feet of social distancing between families. Total capacity is normally 1,575.

 

The schedule for April is as follows:

  • April 9 – Dumber and Dumber (PG - 13) – 7 p.m.
  • April 16 – Wayne’s World (PG-13) – 7 p.m.
  • April 23 – Tommy Boy (PG - 13) – 7 p.m.
  • April 30 – Scary Movie (R) – 7 p.m.
     

Concessions:

With our patron’s safety in mind, we are offering limited concessions and they are ONLY available for purchase between 6:15 and the start of the movie (7 p.m.). Concessions cannot be consumed until you are in your seat. Your mask may only be removed while consuming your snacks. Yes, there will be POPCORN! 

 

Movies at the Capitol is sponsored by the Stella and Frederick Loeb Charitable Trust administered by Huntington Bank. This program is also a benefit of the Genesee County Arts Education and Cultural Enrichment Millage funds, saving Genesee County residents 50 percent.

Adult - $10
Children (12 & under) - $3
Genesee County Resident - $5 (saves 50%)
Genesee County Resident Children (12 & under) - $1.50 (saves 50%)
