What are your Ticket Center hours?

Our Ticket Center hours are Monday through Friday 10am - 6pm and Saturday 10am - 3pm.

The Capitol Theatre box office opens two hours prior to performance time.

How can I buy tickets to an event?

Tickets can be purchased at The Whiting Ticket Center (located at 1241 E. Kearsley St., Flint, MI 48503), by phone at 810-237-7333 or online at CapitolTheatreFlint.com and at TheWhiting.com.

As a friendly reminder, to guarantee best seating and pricing, always purchase directly from The Whiting via the Whiting App, TheWhiting.com, or by calling The Ticket Center at (810) 237-7333. In most cases, ticket prices are greatly increased when purchasing from a reseller or third party, and seating cannot be confirmed.

I cannot make the performance, do you allow refunds?

Please stay home if you are exhibiting any sign of illness prior to a performance. If you are unable to attend due to illness, call The Ticket Center at 810.237.7333. You have several options: you can exchange your ticket for a later date, or receive an account credit, or receive a refund.

What are the camera policies for events?

Camera policies are determined by the tour management not The Capitol Thearte. Policies may vary by performance.
